Curated by Bleu Bee Designs launched our Spring Collection back in March, read on to see how we style these beauties for everyday elegance!
Last week, a sweet milspouse friend who is also a small business owner messaged me and said “I didn’t know you had a whole entire shop in addition to your design services!!” – and y’all, if that wasn’t the swift kick in the pants that I needed to finally jump in with both feet on making sure y’all know about Curated, then I don’t know what would have done it!
As a military spouse and business owner, life has been a tad hectic since we initially launched our Spring Collection in March, (such fun as a cross country move and subsequent drive, setting up our new rental home in Washington, and getting Mr. Z home again), I wanted to share some inspiration for how to style and use some of my favorite products over in our shop.
First up, the colorful tabletop collection of linens, flatware, serve ware and napkin rings. Nothing ushers in spring more than setting a welcoming table and I’m certain once you see these pieces styled, you’ll be ready to add them to your own tabletop.
(Side note, I shared a week of fabulous tablescapes and some of my favorite tableware companies on Instagram a few weeks ago!)
Add a touch of sophistication and a twirl of whimsy when you pair our tortoise flatware with the colorful watercolor style melamine plates. Perfect for dining Al fresco this season, melamine plates offer a glamorous touch without the worry of breakage!
Also, does anyone else instantly pair brunch with all things citrus and pastels?!
Our acrylic napkin rings pair perfectly with any napkin of your choice, and I always suggest mixing & matching your napkins to plates and tablecloth. The key to a layered table, is not putting too much thought into the mix-and-match!
If pastels aren’t your jam, these vibrant block print linens might be what you’ve been missing! I love the carefree look of layering rattan placemats, cotton stitched coasters, ceramic or melamine plates with antique silverware and crystal stemmed glasses. It’s all about the mix, so make it intentional but don’t think too hard about it!
And while we’re on the topic of tables, don’t forget that with summer is upon us, now is an excellent time to gather your girls, host a brunch and gussy up your table!
I’m linking a few of my favorite brunch recipes below which are from a cookbook we always are referencing in our household …
Favorite Half Baked Harvest Recipes:
– Blueberry Lemon Dutch Baby
– Glazed Lemon Ricotta Poppy Seed Cakes

and finally, who can resist a fluffy French toast …

Be sure to head over to our Instagram page and give a follow, as I’ll be sharing more from our new home in Washington and several new client projects that are in the works or starting soon.
