consultation & CAD
 

These services are offered a-la-carte. 
 

  • ​Furniture floor plans: Starting at $400 for up to 1 space (350 sqft)

  • ​CAD Elevations: Starting at $600, provides shop drawings for cabinetry, built-ins, smaller projects, bunk beds, etc. Price depends on scope of work.

  • Onsite Consultation 60 minutes $225 * 

  • Onsite Consultation 90 minutes $345 * 

  • Single Hour Virtual design time $175 * 


*Travel fees apply if further than 20 miles.

 

 

 


Kitchen Concept


What you receive: 

​​

  • Backsplash selection & installation pattern

  • Rendered for your General Contractor Countertop material with suggested profile

  • One option for cabinet finishes / color & profile One island base color / *new island design is extra

  • Two flooring options, if applicable

  • Two wall paint color options, if applicable

  • General suggestions on improved aesthetics: May include additional lighting, glass front cabinetry, decorative elements such as shelving or unique display ideas

  • Sink & faucet style suggestion * not exact products

  • Two options for cabinet hardware (knobs & pulls)

  • Two options for pendant lighting, if applicable

 

 

Includes 2 single-item revisions, text/call/ email with Bleu Bee Designs team for the duration of your design concept project (maximum 30 hours, including selections). $4500

Additional revisions and CAD elevation drawings billed at $150/hour.

Primary Bath Concept


What you receive:

 

  • Suggestions to elevate your drafted design plans or existing main bath

  • New layout option, rendered

  • Two options for wall color or one option for wallpaper or trim-work detail

  • Two options for window treatment (if needed, can sub for one plumbing fixture)

  • Two options for overhead & vanity lighting

  • One option for sink faucets

  • One option for coordinating shower or tub faucet (collections available)

  • One tub style suggestion * not exact product

  • Shower Tile Selections (floor, wall & niche), rendered

  • Accent furniture: one option based on storage needs or vanity stool

  • Three tile selections (flooring & bath/shower floor & walls)

  • One counter selection with suggested profile & splash

  • Ready made vanity & mirror or paint color for existing vanity (Custom cabinetry configuration & design, billed separately)

Includes 2 single-item revisions, text/call/ email with Bleu Bee Designs team for the duration of your design concept project (maximum 25 hours, including selections). $3700
Additional revisions $150 per hour to include elevations, CAD drawings and custom cabinetry

Secondary Bath Concept


What you receive:

Suggestions to elevate your drafted design plans or existing main bath, sketched

  • One option for wallcovering (paint or wallpaper)

  • One option for sink faucet(s)

  • One option for vanity light & sconces

  • Accent furniture, one option based on storage needs

  • One floor tile selection

  • One shower / bath wall tile selection with niche tile

  • One counter selection with suggested profile and splash

  • Ready made vanity & mirror or paint color for existing vanity
     

Includes 2 single-item revisions, text/call/ email with Bleu Bee Designs team for the duration of your design concept project (maximum 18 hours, including selections). $2650

Additional revisions $150 per hour to include elevations, CAD drawings and custom cabinetry
